Best army running diet plan budget

Disclaimer: I’m not professional coach or dietian this is my diet plan which I feel is good and u can find good results in a month

When we wake up we should drink water first and start our day

And eat dry fruits

If ur going practice at 6am then u can have fruits like banana or apple as pre workout

Afterwards when you will do running take 2-4eggs after running and some fruit

For breakfast have anything your mom makes with 1 glass milk

Around 11.30am you have spourts (like chana etc and even ground nut) or ground nut (shenga guud)
